Holiday opening hours, 2024-25
With the Christmas & New Year break around the corner, we're preparing to spend a little less time answering phones and support tickets. 24/7 emergency support is always available.
Some well-earned holidays are just around the corner. As usual we'll make sure that everything keeps running smoothly for all our customers, while also letting our Support Team members enjoy an end-of-year break.

For less urgent phone calls, our holiday hours are below. We will also keep working on support tickets, but at a lower capacity than usual. In advance, thank you for being patient. On Monday 6 January, everything will be back to normal.
