In a few weeks we will start welcoming a lot of .nz domain holders from Domains Direct, one of our sister companies. The technical platform behind Domains Direct hasn't been as stable as it should be lately, and since we can't control that we decided to bring customers somewhere more reliable. As well as being more technically robust, MyHost offers you a broader set of domain management tools. You’ll soon see why people prefer us to Domains Direct.

For everyone joining us from Domains Direct, we will match the .nz domain price that you have been paying. That's $23.60+GST for every .nz domain in your MyHost account, even if they didn’t start out with Domains Direct.

As well as a special price, you’ll get all the other benefits of joining MyHost, like access to our 24/7 in-house Support Team, fuller domain management tools (including cPanel), and the option to manage Web Hosting through the same account as your domains. If Domains Direct have contacted you about a migration to MyHost, we will create a new account for you and then move your domains into it. We'll take care of DNS settings and do everything to make sure that your websites and email keep working like they are today. There won’t be anything technical for you to worry about.

After the move, we'll email you about your new account. Look out for information about setting passwords and confirming your payment information.
