New address: MyHost's Client Area has moved to myhost-clients.com

Update, 24 September: This change has taken effect.

The address of the MyHost Client Area, where current customers log in to manage hosting and domains, and where new customers shop with us, has moved to a new home at myhost-clients.com.

This change recognises that more and more of our customers aren’t in New Zealand. Be assured that you can trust myhost-clients.com with your MyHost password, credit card details, and all the other information stored in your account.

Only the Client Area address (or domain) has changed - everything else will look and work just like it does now. Your account won’t change and your details will be stored as securely as ever.

Refer a Friend and Affiliate links

Hopefully you already know that you can easily earn $20 account credits with our Refer a Friend programme. This is open to every MyHost customer. The more you share your unique link, the more you could earn. Links used to look like this: secure.myhost.nz/refer/12345.

Now, your Refer a Friend link will instead look like myhost-clients.com/refer/12345. The code at the end won't change.

As always, you can log in and quickly copy your unique link from the Welcome screen.

For Affiliate programme members, the link you use to earn commissions has changed in a similar way.

If your link was secure.myhost.nz/aff.php?aff=012, it will now be myhost-clients.com/aff.php?aff=012, for example.

Update your password managers and bookmarks

The Client Area includes our web store and Knowledge Base, so they have new addresses as well.

You should update the URL in any password managers, bookmarks or other links you have to your MyHost account.

If you're ever wondering whether a MyHost website or URL is legitimate, these are the three places you'll find us online:

• myhost.nz
• my-host.au
• myhost-clients.com (this is the only domain where we will ask for your password or credit card details)
